EFT work centres on learning to identify and express a range of emotions while growing the ability to tolerate and regulate difficult or complex emotional experiences.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

ACT is a practical, research-validated approach that invites us to tune into negative thoughts and feelings, and instead of changing them, create space for them. In this way, we can disengage from these patterns and move forward with committed action in a way that aligns with our core values. ACT incorporates mindfulness skills and self-compassion skills to support the achievement of tangible goals.
